Residential Trash, Garbage & Pickup FAQs

  • When do I put my carts or bins out for weekly curbside pickup?

    Putting your trash out before or by your zone's assigned day, each week will assure pick up by ATS. You can find the pick up schedule on our home page, social media pages or just give us a call!

  • What items do NOT go into the trash?

    Materials not accepted include; batteries, tires, paint, liquid chemicals, burnt items, cross ties, asbestos, pesticide, e - waste, and green waste. 

  • Can I schedule a bulky pickup? How do I dispose of a used mattress or old toilet?

    We do not currently offer large bulk pick-up. However, extra bagged items or large boxes that are broken down can be added to your pick-up by request. Contact us for more details.


    The landfill is located at 51 Dump Rd, Morrilton, AR 72110.  They can be reached at (501) 354-5299.  The landfill is open Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm.



  • What items can never be placed curbside, as trash?

    Hazardous or dangerous materials should never be placed as trash. 

  • How do I request trash pick up?

  • What if I don’t have a can or bin?

    Loose trash should never be placed curbside. Garbage should be bagged and placed at the curb in a trash bin or can on or before your designated day. ATS offers a low-cost can rental if needed. 

  • Does ATS rent dumpsters?

    ATS does rent 15-yard dumpsters. They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. 


    Dumpsters are available for rental 5 days at a time for $350.00

  • How do I request a seasonal or vacation hold to my service?

    email us at info@arkansastrashservice.com with any changes you may need to make to your pick up. 

  • What if I miss my pick up day?

    In the case you miss your trash pickup day and can not wait for the next, please contact us by phone to add an additional pick up to your service.

  • What if my pickup day falls on a holiday?

    In the case of any Holiday or inclement weather  interruptions to your route, ATS will notify you in advance.  Stay up to date by following our facebook page.
